With reference to the issue for above said vehicle , I would like to stress the breakdown which took place ,
once within 60 kms and then 350 kms again after i had bought and driven the brand new vehicle.You are kindly
requested to look into the matter and provide all the relevant details due to which this problem of vehicle not

Kindly provide the reason for Breakdown, Inspection and Diagnosis details for all the occurrences of break

Quality standards .
Refer the mails enclosed herewith.
I had bought a brand new Ritz ZDI from DD Motors, Dehradun in MAY, 2013 to avail comfort and ease my day to
day operations and save myself from scorching heat.I invested Rs. 7 Lacs approx when in my whole life i had not
earned this much amount till date. Note that the car broke down within First 90 Kms to be towed to workshop.
After rectification at the workshop and the two varies reasons that i received that the diesel may have been dirty
and that diesel was less ( when already Rs 500 fuel ( 11 ltr )was there and meter reading was 90 KM exact.
The car again broke down at Approx 300 kms at Ghaziabad on my way to Jaipur on 19th may, 2013.
Leaving me stranded on road , The service engineer attended the vehicle and tried starting the vehicle again and
again. After checking the vehicle and maintaining the RPM as told by the service engineer, I reached Mayapuri ,
DD motor and handed over the vehicle.
Also there is some problem in the Odometer reading as the AVG reading never stabilized but showed haphazard
figure.Further the fuel reading is also showing some error as with even 2 marks of fuel reading how can the fuel be
almost empty ?
I had to stay in Delhi attending Maruti office missing my office work in Jaipur when i was supposed to be
attending my customers,
Though I was given a replacement vehicle on 20th evening which i returned on 21 st evening only to be on road
driving and facing hectic delhi traffic .Then i took a bus to Jaipur.
On 22nd I travelled in Jaipur driving 80 kms at a temperature of 43 Deg Celsius on bike as my work nature is so .
Today is 23rd . I did the same.
My concern is AM I SUPPOSED TO FACE THIS MUCH INCONVENIENCE WHEN I HAVE CHOSEN TO BUY A
MARUTI SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY . I HAD BOUGHT IT TO SAVE AND EASE MYSELF FROM THE
SCORCHING WEATHER OF RAJASTHAN. FURTHER , THERE WAS A LOT OF OBJECTION FROM ALL MY
COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS TO BUY RITZ BECAUSE OF ITS LOOKS .IT WAS MY CONSCIOUS DECISION
TO BUY IT CONSIDERING THE COMFORT AND PERFORMANCE IT OFFERS. I FEEL NOW THAT I HAVE
MADE ONE OF THE BIGGEST WRONG DECISIONS OF MY LIFE .It was better to go for a more reliable brand
like Hyundai or Honda ( Note : Honda amaze comes with same price tag) .
Not just am i facing this mental agony but also the guilt of making such a wrong decision.
Further , my call was unanswered two times today during the day.
ITS MY REQUEST TO YOU TO KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY .I DON'T WANT THIS CAR ELSE I AM
CONTEMPLATING THE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY.

Dear Sir,
As per our discussion and visit on 9/6/13 and my earlier visit on 1/06/2013, as the vehicle was under your custody due to breakdown
issues since 19th may, 13 till 9th june, 13, service could not be done at 1000 kms nor at the time schedule of 30 days as per the service
schedule of Maruti Suzuki.
You are kindly requested to assure per return mail again that the service can be done at approx. 1500 kms and as per the days
schedule which has already exceeded 10 days now as per our discussions and this wont effect the warranty of subject registered car.

I have a meeting at my office in Delhi scheduled at 10:00 am. I was supposed to be there but now I am sitting in my MARUTI RITZ
WHICH HAS BROKE DOWN I GUESS 5TH TIME ONLY IN 2926 KMS AND HAS BEEN MORE IN MARUTI WORKSHOP GETTING
EXPERIMENTED WITH .
Am I supposed to suffer so much??? I have already suffered a lot , For the losses in my personal ,mental , financial , professional life or
my family , you ( MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA ) are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE SINCE THE DAY I HAVE BOUGHT IT.
Awaiting your reply per return mail which of course will go unnoticed again, as I suppose this is a trend with your company.
Thanks for making a fool out of me having sold your Rs. 7 lac car.
Note my reliance net connect is not getting connected as there is issue in network reception due to remotness of area else this would
have been first mail in your inbox for the day.

The vehicle was taken to some dealership in Narnaul at around 11:30 a.m after i was stranded for 4 hours only of course with the
consequences of missing my meeting at Delhi office. God forbid it wasnt any outer area where somebody could have killed me / looted
me or my family . I am alive writing this mail.
Not expecting anything out of this mail again as Maruti is such a huge corporate and supposed to be no. 1 in India selling cars, I have
again wasted my time and I regret why didnt i scrap and throw the car in Trash , Though i have to pay the money for this also , i
would happily do it and pay the pending loan for rest of my life and save myself from any more mental agony.
Please note that i had asked for the job card on the Saturday to the concerned from Narnaul who had attended the vehicle at Malpura.
Again on sunday, i requested Mr. Neeraj Apra ( phone no. :8295946128) through message and call .
I messaged Mr. Deepak on Monday morning regarding the same to be sent on my email but he informed that the he is out of office and
will reply in the evening.
In evening he informed through message that the fuel has been found adulterated . Kindly explain how come the vehicle continued to work

smoothly for 200 kms approx since filling of fuel. Further the vehicle stopped in the same manner as it did all the time earlier.
I would request you not to force your inefficiency of not being able find the root cause and each time forcing the vehicle to me giving
ridiculous excuses each and every time and not accepting that the machine is a defective one which cannot be relied on.
A normal person with his/her common sense can identify this which you people are not ready to accept and dont care how much I am
suffering.

Vehicle has been checked at our dealer workshop and following are the finding :
· Foreign dust particles are found near fuel pump , that leads to less fuel supply .
o Fuel quality is not ok ( fuel adulteration case) Sample has been taken .

During the first breakdown, vehicle was taken to workshop and same reason identical to your above mail was given that the fuel was
adulterated and fuel was less.On my request the job card was not given to me for that particular breakdown and the fuel pump was
changed.
Earlier as well, vehicle already have been road tested for so many kilometers and has been more in workshop than with me.
I request you not to give ridiculous excuses each and every time.

I had bought a brand new Ritz ZDI from DD Motors, Dehradun in MAY, 2013 to avail comfort and ease my day to
day operations and save myself from scorching heat.I invested Rs. 7 Lacs approx when in my whole life i had not
earned this much amount till date. Note that the car broke down within First 90 Kms to be towed to workshop.
After rectification at the workshop and the two varies reasons that i received that the diesel may have been dirty
and that diesel was less ( when already Rs 500 fuel ( 11 ltr )was there and meter reading was 90 KM exact.
The car again broke down at Approx 300 kms at Ghaziabad on my way to Jaipur on 19th may, 2013.
Leaving me stranded on road , The service engineer attended the vehicle and tried starting the vehicle again and
again. After checking the vehicle and maintaining the RPM as told by the service engineer, I reached Mayapuri ,
DD motor and handed over the vehicle.
Also there is some problem in the Odometer reading as the AVG reading never stabilized but showed haphazard
figure.Further the fuel reading is also showing some error as with even 2 marks of fuel reading how can the fuel be
almost empty ?
I had to stay in Delhi attending Maruti office missing my office work in Jaipur when i was supposed to be
attending my customers,
Though I was given a replacement vehicle on 20th evening which i returned on 21 st evening only to be on road
driving and facing hectic delhi traffic .Then i took a bus to Jaipur.
On 22nd I travelled in Jaipur driving 80 kms at a temperature of 43 Deg Celsius on bike as my work nature is so .
Today is 23rd . I did the same.
My concern is AM I SUPPOSED TO FACE THIS MUCH INCONVENIENCE WHEN I HAVE CHOSEN TO BUY A
MARUTI SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY . I HAD BOUGHT IT TO SAVE AND EASE MYSELF FROM THE
SCORCHING WEATHER OF RAJASTHAN. FURTHER , THERE WAS A LOT OF OBJECTION FROM ALL MY
COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS TO BUY RITZ BECAUSE OF ITS LOOKS .IT WAS MY CONSCIOUS DECISION
TO BUY IT CONSIDERING THE COMFORT AND PERFORMANCE IT OFFERS. I FEEL NOW THAT I HAVE
MADE ONE OF THE BIGGEST WRONG DECISIONS OF MY LIFE .It was better to go for a more reliable brand
like Hyundai or Honda ( Note : Honda amaze comes with same price tag) .
Not just am i facing this mental agony but also the guilt of making such a wrong decision.
Further , my call was unanswered two times today during the day.
ITS MY REQUEST TO YOU TO KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY .I DON'T WANT THIS CAR ELSE I AM
CONTEMPLATING THE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY.

Not able to find any solution to the problems i am facing, as already mentioned in my emails as above, I have
just lodged a complaint again on 18001800180 with complaint no. 7818034884 to have my complete money
spent on the car back with all the expenses and compensations since the purchase of car.

My father had personally visited you/your showroom in Dehradun on 13/6/2013 to enquire what is being done
regarding the matter.He was told that he will be informed of the situation by evening but he was not intimated of
anything.

Dear Sir,
As per our discussion and visit on 9/6/13 and my earlier visit on 1/06/2013, as the vehicle was under your custody due to breakdown
issues since 19th may, 13 till 9th june, 13, service could not be done at 1000 kms nor at the time schedule of 30 days as per the service
schedule of Maruti Suzuki.
You are kindly requested to assure per return mail again that the service can be done at approx. 1500 kms and as per the days
schedule which has already exceeded 10 days now as per our discussions and this wont effect the warranty of subject registered car.

EXPERIMENTED WITH .
Am I supposed to suffer so much??? I have already suffered a lot , For the losses in my personal ,mental , financial , professional life or
my family , you ( MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA ) are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE SINCE THE DAY I HAVE BOUGHT IT.

The vehicle was taken to some dealership in Narnaul at around 11:30 a.m after i was stranded for 4 hours only of course with the
consequences of missing my meeting at Delhi office. God forbid it wasnt any outer area where somebody could have killed me / looted
me or my family . I am alive writing this mail.
Not expecting anything out of this mail again as Maruti is such a huge corporate and supposed to be no. 1 in India selling cars, I have
again wasted my time and I regret why didnt i scrap and throw the car in Trash , Though i have to pay the money for this also , i
would happily do it and pay the pending loan for rest of my life and save myself from any more mental agony.
Please note that i had asked for the job card on the Saturday to the concerned from Narnaul who had attended the vehicle at Malpura.

smoothly for 200 kms approx since filling of fuel. Further the vehicle stopped in the same manner as it did all the time earlier.
I would request you not to force your inefficiency of not being able find the root cause and each time forcing the vehicle to me giving
ridiculous excuses each and every time and not accepting that the machine is a defective one which cannot be relied on.
A normal person with his/her common sense can identify this which you people are not ready to accept and dont care how much I am
suffering.

In evening he informed through message that the fuel has been found adulterated . Kindly explain how come the vehicle continued to work
smoothly for 200 kms approx since filling of fuel. Further the vehicle stopped in the same manner as it did all the time earlier.
I would request you not to force your inefficiency of not being able find the root cause and each time forcing the vehicle to me giving
ridiculous excuses each and every time and not accepting that the machine is a defective one which cannot be relied on.
A normal person with his/her common sense can identify this which you people are not ready to accept and dont care how much I am
suffering.

You are kindly requested to assure per return mail again that the service can be done at approx. 1500 kms and as per the days

Vehicle has been checked at our dealer workshop and following are the finding :
· Foreign dust particles are found near fuel pump , that leads to less fuel supply .
o Fuel quality is not ok ( fuel adulteration case) Sample has been taken .
Fuel pump and fuel tank has been cleaned , new diesel has been road test has been taken and found vehicle ok.
Today vehicle will reached to Delhi .

Refer my emails dated 20th may and 23rd may, 2013.
During the first breakdown, vehicle was taken to workshop and same reason identical to your above mail was given that the fuel was
adulterated and fuel was less.On my request the job card was not given to me for that particular breakdown and the fuel pump was
changed.
Earlier as well, vehicle already have been road tested for so many kilometers and has been more in workshop than with me.
I request you not to give ridiculous excuses each and every time.
